Easy-Speak is an after lunch speaker agency for luncheon clubs, Women's Institute groups, Rotary clubs and other membership organisations.
BIOGRAPHY AND BACKGROUND
Lesley trained as a dancer on scholarships at The Royal Academy of Dancing and Elmhurst Ballet School,
She has appeared in many musicals, including , playing Jeannie in “Hair”, and Mrs. Potiphar in “Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”
Her first television role was as Cliff Richard's girlfriend In “ Cliff At The Movies”, and she has since appeared in many TV dramas and comedy shows. She appeared in 4 series of Noel's House Party as one of the Gotcha team, playing nasty pranks on celebrities.
Film roles include the part of Esther in “The Young Girls Of Rochefort”, dancing with Gene Kelly and George Chakiris, “Puppet On A Chain”, and she was co-star in the comedy film “Three For All.
Lesley ran a country house hotel in Somerset for three years specialising in gourmet weekends, and she is an award winning writer, a contributor to World in Focus Surrey libraries tour, with a monthly poetry page in a local magazine.
She has written over two hundred episodes for BBC. World Service serials, and was the sketch writer for Granada TV's children's series Get It Together. She was commissioned by Central TV to write a pilot programme for a new Basil Brush series. Several of her sketches were included in TV’s “Shoot The Writers” She co-wrote the revue Very Surrey for the Casson Room at Leatherhead Theatre, and has provided sketches for pantomimes all over the country.
At the moment she is running an Inventory Company, dealing in antiques, and has just finished recording a Relaxation CD for nervous fliers. She runs Versatility – a poetry website specialising in personalised poems for all occasions.
